Maude Martin is the pen-name for Tracy Burge who is one of the founders of Wylye Valley Writers.
Maude has performed at Stories at the Chapel, Stories on the Farm and also at Priston Festival.
She has also featured on BBC Upload, much to the delight of her Welsh family, who all tuned in.

William read us an extract from his science fiction novel Fun & Games, the first part of his Alpha System trilogy. The story concerned a two crew members visiting part of a space ship to view the glory of the stars from deep space.

Estelle read and performed for us her poem Reaper, about her reaction to a man in the Ukrainian army.
Estelle has published a book of poems, Motherhoodlum, and has performed her pieces on BBC Radio, amongst many other places.
A slam winner, Estelle’s performances include Southbank, Royal Albert Hall, BBC Radio, theatres, galleries, museums and festivals. Her poetry is also anthologized, and published in newspapers and magazines.

Carol read us a comic short story about mothers, daughters and supermarket shopping.
She has had short plays performed on BBC radio and at Salisbury Fringe Festival, has won short story competitions and had stories published both in the UK and overseas.
She has completed two crime novels, Dark Horse and Hidden Depths and is currently writing her third, A Shot at Justice, a murder story set in the New Forest.
